The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommend that adults do at least 150 minutes per week of moderate-intensity or 75 minutes per week of vigorous-intensity physical activity. Adults should also do muscle-strengthening activities that involve all major muscle groups at least twice a week.
