Pomegranates contain high amounts of antioxidants as well as potassium and fiber, all important for heart health.
For maximum fiber benefits it is best to eat the pomegranate seeds vs. the juice.
In their whole form, pomegranates can keep up to 3 months when refrigerated, once the seeds are removed they can be stored refrigerated for one week……….
